On behalf of the Sanchez family, I would like to offer our condolences to Chuck and their children and Kathy's brother Mike. Growing up down the street I have great memories of Kathy. She always had a nice comment to share. She was a first class lady. May she rest in peace and be with God.

Kathy was always kind and friendly anytime you would see her. I was so saddened to see this, I had no idea. She will be missed. Well wishes to the family and peace be with you all.
