Kyle and I grew up together,we were the same age , cousins and best friends .I loved him more than he knew and I'm sorry I never got a chance to tell him that.we get so rapped up in our own lives and selfish behavior that we forget about each other and that's sad, because tomorrow is not promised and hopefully today is not wasted.if you love or miss some one, tell them why you can cause our numbers are dwindling fast, and speaking for myself I have enough regret for ten lifetimes ,I don't need anyone.i love you Kyle and look forward to walking next to you and we will laugh and sing, feeling no pain anymore

My name is Shawn, and I´m Kyle´s brother-his only brother. I always looked up to him. He had a smile that could light up a room, and he carried so much joy in his heart. Kyle truly tried to help everyone he knew. He believed in kindness, in loving one another, and he loved our mother with everything he had. Above all else, he was a protector. That´s just who he was.
What hurts the most is knowing how special he was, and wishing his kids had truly seen that-had truly been there for him when he needed them most, especially in his final days. He deserved that love and presence. I just hope they come to understand the kind of man their father really was.
