Leora Reistrom Obituary

Reistrom, Leora "Lee"

Evelyn Yorker

gained her wings on August 12, 2025, surrounded by the people she loved the most in this world. Born on August 7, 1947, in Syracuse, NY, she made St. Petersburg, FL, her home in 1992. Lee is survived by her husband, John ("Jack"), with whom she shared almost 58 wonderful years of marriage. Sweethearts since the ages of 12 and 14, they raised three children together. The children of a great romance - Candace, Tanya (husband, Dr. Mark Ramos), and Chad. "Mom-mom's" greatest joy in life was being with her eight grandchildren: Zohra, Hannah, Zak, Ella, Lincoln, Chase, Jack, and Annabel. Lee's kindness, laughter, and radiant spirit touched everyone that she met. Lee found joy in family, friends, playing games, shopping, cruising, and quiet mornings by the water, watching her dolphins with a cup of coffee and a crossword. A celebration of her life will be held in February when lifelong friends from New York will gather in Florida. Leora's love and light will live on forever.
