Louis Walsh Obituary
Louis Francis Walsh, 91, of Dunedin, Florida passed away peacefully on October 25, 2024 surrounded by his loving family. Born in County Mayo, Ireland in 1933, he married Margaret Claire Kellar (deceased, 2019) at Our Lady of Good Counsel (NYC) in 1959. He raised five children in Baltimore, MD and worked for nearly 40 years at Bethlehem Steel. Louis retired to Great Cacapon, WV, and later to Dunedin where he volunteered for over 20 years with CareLift of Mease Dunedin Hospital. A devoted husband and affectionate father, Louis is survived by his brother, Michael Walsh; his children, Peggy (Jim) Fry, Nancy (Beth) Walsh, Mary Walsh (Michael) Elardo, Kathleen (Grant) Gould, and Paul (Allison) Walsh; nine grandchildren, Stephen and Kevin Fry, Jordy Elardo, Megan and Claire Walsh, Christine and Shannon Gould, and Rowan and Keenan Walsh; one granddaughter-in-law, (Lauren Vine); and one cherished great-grandson, Louis Quincy Vine Fry. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews; and by a sister-in-law, Sr. Nancy Kellar, SC.
