My deepest condolence to the family. Your father and my father, Dr. Manuel Alvaré, were very good friends. They worked and studied together for many years. I have fonds memory of Dr. Perez-Blanco and his lovely wife, Margarita.

I was very sorry to see the passing of your father, husband and such a great human being as Dr. Perez-Blanco. I remember him from the Old Centro Espanol Hospital on the Bayshore. He became a friend of my parents and later their doctor. From the early years in a new country, he always put his family first. He was always proud of his four treasures and his wife. He was the most patient and understanding man I ever met. He always had a smile on his face and a good word for everyone. He will be missed by those whose life he touched during his lifetime.

Dr.Perez-Blanco was and will continue to be standard that new and existing physicians should strive to become. His self confidence and knowledge of medicine made his patients feel better as soon as they left his office. He was the best. I will always be grateful for all that he did for my late father,mother and myself. I am truly sorry that he has left us. Tampa has lost a great man.
