Margaret Vizzi Obituary
Roussel
94, a longtime resident of Tampa, Florida passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 10, 2025. Her legacy of faith, family, love and service touched countless lives. Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, Tampa native Ferdinando Vizzi, M.D.; two sons, Frank and Ferdinand; and her parents, Arthur and Esperance Roussel. She is survived by seven children, Celeste, Bernard, Rosalie, Arthur, Margaret, Joseph and Peter. She is also survived by nineteen grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, two siblings and many nieces and nephews. She was one of Tampa's most respected neighborhood advocates and community activists. Through her tireless work, she built strong relationships with City leaders and left an enduring mark on Tampa. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 am with visitation one hour prior on Monday, Septemeber 22, in Christ the King Catholic Church, 821 S. Dale Mabry Hwy. Being a neighbor mrs vizzi knew all that was happening. Met her wgen working at glendale federal in 1982. Then moved nearby.

Julie and I wish to express our sympathy to the Vizzi family for the loss of Ms Margaret. We are friends of Peter and Jeanne and have heard many fabulous stories. Hopefully, all of your fond memories can bring some comfort during this time of loss.
