MARSHALL, Marjorie L.

85, passed away peacefully at the Mari Manor Hospice in St. Petersburg, on Thanksgiving day, Thurday, November 22, 2018, attended by a caring staff. She was born on December 20, 1932 in Ilford, Essex, England to Margaret and William Dodd. She is predeceased by her parents and an older sister, Mary Waldron. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Robert, and two daughters, Kay Marshall of Ann Arbor, Michigan, Ann Crary and husband, Mike of Stuart, Florida; and her three grandchildren, Jonathan Alexiou, Sean and Hannah Crary.Marjorie was always a beautiful lady who was admired and loved by all who met her. She arrived in the United States in July, 1956 to join her husband Robert, who had been transferred to Dearborn, Michigan by Ford Motor Company. A wonderful life followed with assignments to Melbourne, Australia and London, England, before returning to the United States in 1981. The Marshalls were seasoned travelers before and after retirement, visiting more than 50 countries all over the world, in addition to owning second homes in London, Melbourne, Cape Cod, Massachusetts, and Florida. Interment is planned for midday on November 27, 2018 at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Clearwater, Florida.
