Mary WHITE Obituary
surrounded by her loving family, Mary Ann, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend too many passed away peacefully February 11, 2019. Mary Ann's will in the face of an unwinnable battle with cancer mirrored her life of perseverance despite the situation. Mary Ann was born in Greenwich Connecticut, September 8, 1949. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alexander Joseph Balkite and Margaret Mary Duff Balkite; and her infant son, Joseph Stephen White. She is survived by her beloved husband, Bruce J. White; her loving children, Thomas A White (Alison) of Wesley Chapel Florida and Robert A. White of Milford Connecticut; her brothers, Richard J. Balkite (Susan) and Peter R. Balkite (Claire); and her cherished grandchildren, Bruce, Matthew, Emily, and Michael. Mary Ann is also survived by three nieces and five nephews. A Funeral Mass will be held at 1 pm Thursday, February 28 at Saint Anthony of Padua Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to HPH Hospice, 6801 Rowan Rd., Newport Richey FL 34653 or a charity of your choice. Words of comfort may be expressed at:
