Mike and my father, Jerry Otten were good friends, hunting and fishing and real estate. On returning from one such trip, Mike asked my father where I was, and he told him I was cheerleading at a game. Mike insisted that he and dad go to that game and watch us. I will never forget them walking to the field, my dad had never come to an event! Mike was a good influence on my dad and he respected him greatly. It is a loss for those of us on earth, but a great gain for those in heaven.

May God rest his everlasting soul.
He shared a lifetime of work, family and love of life with those of us blessed with his acquaintance.
He will be remembered in our prayers as well as those of his family who proceeded him and those who are with us still.

I became acquainted with Mr. Pappas in 1969 through my grandad. What a wonderful man. Our heart and prayers go to you, for your loss of a family member. We, as a family hope our music on the square share the morals Mr. Pappas had with family and life. Our prayers and heart are with you. Thank you all for having us, as a part of an extended life, in your life. Prayers to you.
