Nancy Cosner

1941 - 2022

COSNER, Nancy E. was born November 26, 1941 and passed March 19, 2022. Nancy was born and raised in Pittsburgh's North Side. She moved to St. Petersburg FL, in the late 70s to get away from the cold winters but Pittsburgh was always her home. Nancy is survived by her husband, C. William "Bill" Cosner; her children, Frank (and wife Brenda) Mueller of California and Ramona Cain of Wexford, PA; her grandchildren, Jason Fennell (and wife Erin), Lauren Arnold (and husband Jack), Brent Mueller, Connor and Colin Cain; great-grand-children, Aidan and Rocky Fennell; brothers, Stephen (and wife Susie) Frisco and Dennis Frisco both of Pittsburgh. Nancy quit high school to get married and start a family. She worked as a waitress for many years. Following the passing of her husband she set out in becoming a nurse. She got her GED, started nursing school and became an LPN in Pittsburgh and worked at Allegheny General Hospital in Labor and Delivery. Once settled in Florida she got her RN and worked in various hospitals and clinics in the St. Petersburg and Brooksville area. She loved being a nurse and she was loved by her patients. Nancy's life was always about her family. She maintained a close and loving relationship with her family and many friends. She spent many hours bragging about her children and grandchildren's accomplishments and milestones. She touched many lives and delivered many babies in her 80 years and will be missed and thought of often. All final arrangements and services for Nancy will be private as she wished.
