Nancy M. (Menzl) Cosner

Beloved sister and aunt passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 14, 2026 at MyMichigan Medical Center-Saginaw. Age 77 years. The daughter of the late Ignaz and Edna (Metiva) Menzl, Nancy was born on November 23, 1948, in Saginaw, Michigan. She graduated from St. Andrew High School in 1967 and went on to dedicate over 30 years of service to Eaton Manufacturing before retiring. Nancy's life was deeply rooted in her faith and her love for her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She rarely missed Wednesday night Bible Study in Beaverton, where she found great joy in fellowship and worship. Most recently, Nancy shared in online services with M-46 Tabernacle Family Ministries. Though Nancy did not have children of her own, her nieces and nephews were truly her "kids," and she cherished every moment spent with them. Her Christmas-time kolachi - lovingly made and shared - will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all who were blessed to enjoy them.

Surviving are one brother, William (Pam) Menzl, Zilwaukee; a sister-in-law, Connie Menzel; a very close cousin, Bonnie Ritchie; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Nancy was preceded in death by two brothers, Edward Menzl and Robert Menzel,Sr.

Honoring Nancy's wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of her life will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd., (between Shattuck and McCarty). Nancy's nephew, Pastor Robert Menzel, Jr. will officiate. Private burial will take place in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Friends may visit at the funeral home where the family will be present on Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
