87, passed away Nov. 5, 2025 in Tampa, FL. He was preceded in death by his brother, Mario Garcia. Oscar is survived by his wife of 62 years, Francisca "Frances" Alvarez; daughters Gisela Kinaci (Hakan) and Lissett Moraguez (Joe); grandsons Oscar, Taner, and Omer; sister Estrella Rabassa, and beloved dog Luisi. A visitation will be held on Friday, November 21, 2025 from 5 pm to 8 pm at Gonzalez Funeral Home. Graveside services will then be held on Saturday, November 22, 2025 at 12 pm at Sunset Memory Gardens.
