Dear Janet and family - I am so very sorry to hear of Phil's passing. It was not until a couple of days ago I found out and now realize I missed his Memorial. Please forgive me; I feel so bad. Phil was always a good man, treated me as a gentleman would but yet would ask me my opinion on issues pertaining to Dunedin. He accomplished much in his life and how proud you all must be of those accomplishments. He will be missed by all.

Toni and I will miss Phil. He and Janet had a wonderful relationship and Phil was always the epitome of class.
