Rex BYRON Obituary

BYRON, Rex William

passed away Sept 4, 2017 at age 55. He grew up in Casper Wyoming, and later moved to Colorado. He attended the University of Wyoming earning a degree in marketing, and later also achieved his teaching degree. He was an accomplished sales professional, entrepreneur, and inventor. He created the first line of training tools for bowling (also used for physical therapy) sold by his company, Eileen's Bowling Buddy. His revolutionary tools brought real change to the bowling industry and how bowlers train to bowl. He moved from Colorado to Florida and enjoyed kayaking and fishing. He made many friends along the way and touched so many lives. He leaves behind his wife, Sandy Byron; his sons, Robbie Byron and Alex Byron; stepson, Cam Blazek; sisters, Becky Byron and Barb Ziegler (Thom); brothers, Rob Byron and Pat Byron; nephews, Thommy Ziegler, Hayden Byron, Spencer Byron; niece, Alyssa Ziegler; and so many dear friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Eileen Byron; and sister-in-law, Kym Byron; and his best friend dog, Toby. In early summer 2018, Rex's ashes will be spread in Wyoming in a beautiful canyon he always loved. Rex worked with charities that were dear to him and run by bowlers with huge hearts - if you would like to donate to a charity in Rex's name, he would be honored!
