Richard E. "Rick" Hackett
Richard Hackett Obituary
78, of Pinellas Park, formerly of Seminole and Tierra Verde, died on August 17, 2025, of heart failure. Born in Natick, MA, he came to this area in 1966 from Holliston, MA. He attended St. Peteresburg Junior College. He was the President of Gulfview Medical Systems and worked over 40+ years in the medical equipment industry. He was an avid boater and former member of Pass-A-Grille Yacht Club. Survivors include his sister, Carol Winnier of St. Petersburg; two nieces, Candee Smith of St. Petersburg, and Cheryl White of Nashville, TN; two nephews, Scott Winnier of Savannah, GA, and Dr. Glenn Winnier of Houston, TX. There will be no memorial service.
