Robert DANIELSON Obituary

DANIELSON, Robert Lawrence Sr. "Bob" 75, of St. Petersburg, Florida, passed away peacefully on July 11, 2023, in the presence of family. Bob was born December 5, 1947, in Cleveland, OH. He graduated from Westlake High School where he made lifelong friendships. After high school he joined the Army and served in the Vietnam war, where he earned two Purple Hearts. He moved to Texas and had two sons. In 1982, Bob and the boys moved to Florida to be closer to family. This is where he met his wife, Tracy, and in 1986 they had a daughter. Bob was a craftsman for many years until he retired from Caladesi Construction Inc in 2010. Bob was predeceased by his parents, Raymond and Bernadine. He is survived by wife of 37 years, Tracy; children, Robert Jr. and Michael Danielson, and Amanda (Charles) Littman; brothers, Cliff (Maggie), Jim (Betsy) and Art (Robyn). He is also survived by six grandchildren, one great-grandson, and many nieces and nephews. He enjoyed collecting baseball cards, fishing, watching old westerns, and was an avid Rays fan. He was as stubborn as they come but would give you the shirt off his back at the drop of a hat. Everyone who knew Bob will greatly cherish his impact on their lives. To say that his family and friends will miss him greatly is an understatement.
