Many a good time as youngsters in Elk River--kick the can etc. I think of the Leger home as a very hapy place. Tillie always liked to have babies around. Blesings to you Ellen & family

Ellen, Dan, Elizabeth, Sorry to hear of Bob's passing. Bob was a tremendous resource for the State Fire Marshal Division. He knew fire safety requirements, building code requirements and the practical application of these requirements due to his fire service and community experiences. We enjoyed working with Bob. There is no doubt that Bob improved fire safety and saved lives throughout Minnesota. Please find comfort in remembering Bob's many accomplishments. Glen Bergstrand, State Fire Marshal Supervisor
