Robert McKELL Obituary
62, of Tampa, passed away peacefully on Dec. 30, 2014, surrounded by his family. He was predeceased by his parents, Dr. Thomas and Eleanor McKell. He is survived by siblings, Tom and Katie McKell; daughters, Kelley M. Duff (Adam), Karlyn McKell and Kamryn McKell; grandson, Griffin; and his golden retriever, Mac. A Tampa native, Mike attended Berkley Prep and Plant High School and graduated from USF with a degree in Advertising. He worked for Poe & Associates and Rozier Machinery prior to becoming a Realtor, most recently with Preston & Farley. Mike loved life and Tampa, and was competitive in a number of sports including tennis, golf, fishing and sailing, especially Thursday night races at the Davis Island Yacht Club. He was a member of Palma Ceia Country Club, Palma Ceia Presbyterian Church, Greater Tampa Association of Realtors and the Krewe of Gasparilla. A service to celebrate his life will be held on Saturday, Jan. 17, at 11 am, at Palma Ceia Presbyterian Church with a reception to follow. Thank you to all of his friends for their visits and support.
