70, of New Port Richey, FL passed away December 28, 2016. He is survived by his longtime companion and wife, Betty-Anne; Brothers, Gary "Tyke" (Debbie) of Spring Hill, FL, Douglas (Cathy) of Spring Hill, TN and David of Largo, FL; Sister, Sharon Keough of New Port Richey, FL; Step daughters, Laurie (Robert) Diestler of Inverness, FL, Tracy (Ron) Fielding of Seminole, FL; Grandchildren, Bobby, Tommy, Brittany, Shelby, Michael and Jeremy; four great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Ron was dad's favorite nephew and a great cousin to me. We lost touch after Tom and Vi passed but I often fondly think of living with Ron and Dave back in 82 , and his and BA's visits to Elmira. I just happened to google Ron and saw his obit, so this took me by surprise. I share your sorrow and sadness, and am praying for you all.

We will miss Uncle Ron coming to visit for his haircuts, laughs and his big bear hugs. He was always happy even the the last 2 years as he health started to decline. Love you BettyAnn. I should be able to make it to the service and my son Patrick ( Rons great nephew) will come with me. my love and thoughts are with you and the whole family.

We have so many found memories with Ron. The times at Daytona Beach on Memorial Day with so many friends and family. He always made you feel he enjoyed being with everyone. We sure had some good times.
