Dear Laurie and Malcolm:
I am saddened to learn of the death of your mother. Both your mom and dad were such special people. They were friends of my parents, Dr. John and Gerry Nickels, and your mother and my mother participated in many of the same organizations - both were Queen of Hearts' recipients and members of the "Good Girls" Birthday Club (that met at the SPYC). I was fortunate to be able to enjoy many of your parents Christmas Eve dinners when I was visiting for the holidays. They even attended my wedding 30 years ago. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your families.
Fondly,
Debbie Nickels Torbush

Dear Laurie and Malcolm,
My husband and I knew your mom through the St. Pete Times. I was the art critic. We became friends and socialized with her and your dad often. My husband and I greatly enjoyed your parents' company. She was a fun lady.
We send you our sympathy.
