Your Mom and I were great friends at Plant, and though we lost touch after I moved away, I always considered her one of my best friends and remember her fondly. I am so sorry to hear of your loss, you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

Heather,
Your mom and I were classmates at Plant. I never remember her not laughing. She was such a joy, and she always kept her friends in stitches. What a loss for you. I send you prayers and blessings.

I adored Ms Barco's spunk when I taught with her. She loved her students more than anything and was a force. She didn't put up with the school politics and was always there as a friend.

God bless you Ms. Barco. I met you several years ago when your beautiful daughter and I went to high school together. Now I know where she gets her inner strength, kindness, and striking good looks. You will be sadly missed. We will watch over Heather and make sure she is taken care of. Rest with the angels sweet lady. xo

Heather,
Your mother lived a few yards away from me from the time I was 3 until I was 22. She was like a sister to me growing up. I loved her and her family, her parents, her grandmother and her brothers. I was so very sad to read of her death in the paper today. A special part of my youth has just gone. "Big Sandra" always made me laugh when we weren't fighting like sisters do. She was a year older. "Little Sandra" lived on the other side of our houses. She was a year younger. Heather, your mom brought you to Tampa Travel to meet me when I worked there many years ago. We went to lunch together. She was so proud of you.
I'll always have those wonderful precious memories of her.
