My deepest sympathy for the family of Shirley Johnson. May you allow the God of all comfort to strengthen you during this time of great sadness. Because He knows the depth of the pain you are feeling in your hearts, He will give you the support you need - Psalms 145:14, 18.

Shirley was one of those people who always thought of others and never herself.I shared so many fun times with her and Betty.Shirley and I camped out on the streets of Tampa so we could be sure to get our tickets to see Elvis. We saw him one night in Tampa and the next night in St.Pete.We traveled to Graceland just to be there for the 1st anniversary of Elvis's death .Oh what fun times.Shirley only had one thing that we didn't see eye to eye on and that was the Gators but I forgave her for that.
Shirley ,may you rest in peace, love Bobbie

Dear Sweet "Saint" Shirley,
Every day I think of you and miss you more and more! I'm sorry you never made it back home, where you wanted to be but, there will always be a special place for you in OUR home and in my heart. I can't put into words how much you've meant to me all my life....you were EVERYTHING! And, you and I had a unique bond so, because of that, I'm certain you've always known what a gem you were to me. Spending your last moments with you as we listened to Elvis sing "Kentucky Rain" and speaking the last words you ever heard as I held your hand, is a treasured memory that will be with me always....in a very good way! I'm happy that you've found comfort and peace now and that you will eternally be with Mama, Nana, Granddaddy,(all your doggies) and Elvis! I love you with all my heart!
