Sophie TSONGRANIS Obituary
83, of Tarpon Springs, left this earth Saturday, July 11, 2015, to be reunited with her beloved husband, Father George Tsongranis. Sophie was the choir director at St. Michael the Archangel for 14 years and was a member of The Philoptochos Society. She had a love of music and singing. Sophie performed at The Youngstown Playhouse and other venues. She enjoyed cooking and giving of herself. She was greatly loved and will be missed. Visitation Thursday, July 16, from 6-8 pm at Dobies Funeral Home, Tarpon Springs. Funeral service Friday, 11 am, at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Cathedral. Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 727-942-0515.

My Sophia-moo I miss you.
I wish you could have met my daughter. You would love her. She knows all about you, my first mentor, my very first best friend. I love you so much. I know how to make your Greek wedding cookies by heart. I know how much you loved me. And I know you’re always with me. You are alive and well in my house and in my heart. We will find each other again, my Sophia.
