Walter was an Assistant Administrator/Counselor at Pinellas Vocational Technical Institute (PVTI) where I was one of the Auto Mechanics instructors. He was one of the "Good Guys" who was loved and admired by students and staff alike. He always made you feel better anytime you spent with him. My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.
