Walter CLEMONS Obituary
74, of Hampton VA, formerly of St. Petersburg, passed away Wednesday, July 1, 2015. A 1958 graduate of Gibbs High School. Born in Greenville, FL November 6, 1940. Served 20 years in the US Army and 20 years with the Department of Defense. Survived by his wife of 46 years, Daisy. A stepson, Kenneth Bradley (Shari); brother, Berton Clemons, Jr. (Vivian) four sisters, Elesta Pritchett, Yvonne Clayton, Curtis Clemons and Gwendolyn Brown (Leroy); 2 aunts, 3 uncles and a host of nieces and nephews. Services were held on Thursday, July 9, 2015 at First Baptist of Hampton. Interment at Albert G. Horton, Jr Memorial Veterans Cemetery of Suffolk, VA.

My deepest sympathies to the family of Mr. Walter Clemmons. I had the pleasure of being the home health nurse to care for him a few years back. He and his wife are very pleasant people. He will be sadly missed. may the Lord comfort you in your time of bereavement.

Walter was a wonderful neighbor. He spent a lot of time working in his yard. He had the most beautiful yard in Northhampton. My daughter, Pam always enjoyed talking to Walter about many things. Walter and my mother, enjoyed talking about his beautiful yard and flowers They are now in Heaven talking about their yards and flowers. May God be with Daisy and his other love ones during this sad time in their lives.
