Very sorry to hear of Judge Fullerton“s death. I never appeared before him but my Wife did many times when he was covering domestic violence injunctions. He was a great Judge and I advocated for his appointment to the circuit court when there was a vacancy.

I am a court reporter and worked in Judge Fullerton's courtroom from time to time. He was an excellent
judge and treated court reporters with respect. I was a year behind him at SPHS. Rest in peace, Judge Fullerton.

So sorry for his families loss. We both graduated SPHS IN1968. Many memories. I last saw him at our 10th reunion. Rest In Peace old friend.
