Billy was a wonderful and decent man. I consider it one of my life's blessings to of worked with him and revel in the pleasure of his company even now I hear his distinctive voice one that cared for the plight of the least of his fellow man. I knew Billy during his years at Eastern Airlines in D.C. and he always performed his duties with utmost diligence and professionalism.He is with the Lord and the sadness I feel at his passing is tempered by the knowledge that when I give up my spirit I shall forever by with my old friend Billy.
