Lucia Trujillo Obituary
51, of Taos passed away unexpectedly on June 11, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. She worked for many years with the preschool programs at Taos Municipal School's and she loved working with children. She adored her son, daughter, granddaughter, nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Victoria Padilla, mother, Carmen Bailon, grandparents, Amadeo and Josie Trujillo, Cipriano and Helen Sanchez & many other relatives. She is survived by her son, Miguel Padilla Jr. (Ashlyn) & his father, Miguel Padilla Sr., granddaughter, Martina Pacheco, father, Jose Abran Trujillo, brother, Geno Trujillo (Celeste), sister, Rayne Medina (Wayne), God Son, Amadeo Trujillo (Marissa), nieces and nephews, Angel, Abran, Autmn Trujillo, Jayne, Elayne, Abrianna, Pablo & Christy Medina, Sara, Mila & Jacob Sanchez, baby Celeste and Maddie, her special friend, Gabino Dimas, many other relatives and friends. Rosary will be recited on Thursday, June 27, 2024 at 6 pm at Rivera Chapel in Taos. Funeral mass will be held on Friday, June 28, 2024 at 10 am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, reception will follow at St. Joseph Hall and internment will follow at the Arroyo Seco Cemetery.
