Dianne and I were just sitting here looking at Photo's Of our visits with Gordy, Leslie and the kids and I realized that 75 percent of the times we visited, You were there. Dianne and I will never forget you, even though She knew you much longer than I . We are greatfull that we have our pictures of you to remind us of how lucky we were to have known you. WELL WE MADE IT THROUGH THANKSGIVING WITH THE DICKSON'S. WE HAD SPECIAL MEMORIES OF YOU...WITH A PLACE FOR YOU AT THE TABLE. IT JUST WORKED OUT THAT WAY AND IT WAS PERFECT WITH A SPECIAL BLESSING. Well today is Cary's birthday, Friday is your's and Sunday is Father's day. It is a difficult week for me and I am missing you both so much. I am so glad you were my dad, you were the best one in the world. So happy birthday to both of you and happy daddy's day to you...It will never be the same for me. I am not certain you will remember me, but I was good friends with Cary and ADORED your dad. I had moved to Vegas, from Downey, CA, for about 10 years, now live in Arkansas...
Chuck's eyes would sparkle every time he'd talk about you and your kids. Every time you think about him, tell him you love him and his spirit will get stronger as, he will always be with you.
Today is a double blow, to find out about both Cary and Chuck. I have been trying to get back in touch with Cary for the last 5 years.
You are in my prayers, as I remember you and your kids.

I am deeply sorry for your loss. I know just how close you and your dad were. Charles was a good and dear friend whom I had the privilege of working with in the communications industry for nearly 40 years. "Charlie" will be greatly missed.

I knew and worked with "Charlie" for about 9 years of my 35 years in the telecommunications industry here in California. He was a very hard working co-worker and I truly enjoyed working with him during that time period. He was extremely talented in our craft and he would always share his gained knowledge with those who needed it. Thank you for your support during those many years Charlie.

It was such a shock to hear about your Dad (Grandfather). Hold on to all the wonderful memories you have with him and I know there are a lot. He loved you all very much and talked about you all the time. He sure will be missed by myself and many other people in Riverland.

Leslie and Family, I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I know how hard it is to lose your dad! I lost mine 19 years ago, not a day goes by that I don't wish he were here with me. I would love to tell you that it will be ok. I will just say that time helps to soften the loss. Nothing can take away those precious memories that you have with him. Cherish them and it will be easier. Call me if you need too. I will keep you all in my prayers. I pray that God will give you the peace and comfort that only he can give you at a time like this.

Dad....A part of my heart has been taken from me. My life will never be the same...I will miss you every day until I am with you in heaven. I am so, so proud I was able to call you "my dad". God could not have blessed me with anyone I could cherish more. You were the best grandpa in the whole world and your two love you beyond what words could describe. They and are crushed...you were with them for so much and went to such lengths to be the best grandpa in the world. You were a part of our "unit" and now it is not whole. I am so thankful that you and I had the bond and love we did...it is immeasurable on both ends...I know that and you knew that. I adore you and I piece of me has gone with you.
