Ernest Liggett Obituary

ERNEST "MACK" LIGGETT Ernest "Mack" Liggett, age 81, died peacefully on December 1st at his residence in Jensen Beach. He was surrounded by his loving family. He was born in West Alexandria, Pennsylvania and raised in West Virginia where he met and married the love of his life, Mabel Virginia Hall. Married for 63 happy years. Mack and Mabel were known for the deep love and devotion they had for one another. They lived in Lansing, Michigan from 1949 - 1980 where he held the position of superintendent for the Press Metal Plant for General Motors. After retiring in 1980, Mack and Mabel enjoyed boating and socializing with their many friends. He embraced every moment of his life, particularly those times spent with Mabel, his daughter, Ronnie Jeannero, and his "son"in-law, Heinz. Other survivors include his 2 sisters, Frankie Pavlik and Sydney Bender, both of Lansing, Michigan. Mack was a gentle man as well as a gentleman. He left the world a better place because of his presence. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. A memorial service in his honor will be held at 1:30 PM, December 4, 2005 at the All County Funeral Home. Contributions to Hospice of Stuart/St. Lucie County may be made in his name.

I love you so much Uncle Mack. You have always been my favorite uncle and I know I’m not supposed to pick favorites, but it’s true. I just wanted you to know how many wonderful memories you have given me and how I cannot thank you enough for that. You and your family have impacted my life in so many ways. Thank you.
