Janet your memory is eternal. She was a beautiful, caring, intelligent, compassionate woman who is dearly missed by her family and friends. May she be in everlasting joy, comfort, and peace in heaven. Janet will love you and miss you.

Dear George and Greg, I am so sorry to hear of Janet's passing.
I know she truly loved my brother, Joe. We kept in touch though the years after his death. She would always remember to call me when there was a special date, my mothers birthday, the date on which she passed. My fathers birthday, the date on which he passedIin fact that was the last time she had called me in July. I loved her like a sister.
I know she is out of pain, and she and Joe, and my mom and dad are all together. Of course with all their cats.

My condolences to Janet's family, I have heard about you all...I met Janet one time at a meeting/luncheon where we both did medical transcription. It wasn't until I moved to Atlanta 10 years ago that we had a telephone conversation about work that extended to a heartfelt discussion about God, ghosts, spiritualism, and death. We shared many stories about our beliefs, our past, our relationships, our families, and our pets. These conversations continued often for the next 10 years. We talked through her illness. She touched my heart when I asked her if she was afraid and she said "no...because I believe"...I didn't have to ask her what she was believing in, because I knew. Janet was my "soul-sister". When one of us would call the other would say how were had been thinking of them. We laughed about the connection we had. So much so, that that is how I found she had passed. I had been sending emails to her every couple of days because I knew she wasn't up to conversations on the phone, just so she would know I was thinking about her. I last heard from her on October 3. I was getting ready to embroider her a blanket to send to her. When I woke up on that morning, the first thing that came to my mind was I needed to look up her name and see if there was an obituary. It was so strong that I was compelled to do it. I sadly saw that only 10 hours earlier her obituary had been placed. Because of our "connection" I truly believe it was Janet who "told" me to do this. While many do not believe the way we do, I know that Janet will be visiting me, like we joked about. Janet, I will miss our long conversations about your cats, our past, the visits from spirits...I know you are finally without pain. I am looking forward to seeing you again...I will watch for the signs. Rest peacefully sweet friend. You will always be in my heart.
