Jay Grant Obituary

JAY SCOTT GRANT Jay Scott Grant, 52, died July 19, 2005 at Community Medical Center in Toms River, NJ. He was born in Staten Island, NY and lived in the Treasure Coast area for approximately 7 years. He was a shipboard Chef for Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute of Fort Pierce, FL and also for Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute of Massachusetts. He is survived by his son, Joseph Aaron, of Juno Beach, his mother June Flack of Vero Beach, his brothers Jeff Grant of Jensen Beach, Jon Grant of Port St. Lucie, his sisters Barbara Grant-Yopko and Patti Policht of Chelsea, MI. A memorial service will be held Saturday ,July 30th at 2:00 PM at "Kristi's Restaurant at Ocean Village, 2400 S. Ocean Drive, Ft. Pierce, FL. Anyone that might have a picture of Jay to give to the family as well as anyone who may want to share thoughts or a short story of Jay is welcome to do so.
