John Deltano Obituary
Palm City, FL
John Deltano passed away peacefully on January 21, 2018 following a lengthy illness.
He leaves Kendra, his wife of 59 years, and Children: Kenneth Deltano (Debbie), and Kevin Deltano, both of CT; Keith Deltano (Julia) of NC and Kim Deltano of MA. He is also survived by 11 adoring and adored grandchildren.
85 Years of Awesomeness
He retired as Advertising and Sales Promotion Manager of Hamilton Beach, Scoville Manufacturing in Waterbury, Ct.; later he and Kendra became snowbirds, settling in Palm City, Fl. in 1992.
John was an Eagle Scout, a member of the Palm City Art Associates and a current member of the Stuart-Jensen Elks Lodge. Prior to his illness, he was an active volunteer with the Martin County Schools and the Humane Society. He enjoyed painting, golf and was always up for a game of tennis.
Our family thanks Brookdale Senior Living and Treasure Coast Hospice for their compassionate care. There is no formal service; Plans are to memorialize him later on with a family gathering, where he'll be celebrated as a good husband and super dad. You can honor John's memory with contributions to Treasure Coast Hospice, Alzheimer's Association or to your favorite charity...or with just a special kindness.
