Jonathan Bravo Obituary

JONATHAN CAHILL BRAVO Jonathan Cahill Bravo, born the youngest of six children on January 22, 1966 to Lucia Hobart and Robert Barrett Bravo of 210 Ridge Avenue, Troy, Ohio passed away peacefully surrounded by loving family after a brief illness on May 10, 2009. Jonathan was a resident of Orchid, Florida. He is survived by: his beloved life-partner Ingrid T. Andresen of Orchid, Florida; his mother, Lucia Hobart Bravo of Vero Beach, Florida; his three sisters: Hylton Bravo Hard (Mrs. Lawrence E.) of Seattle, Washington; Elizabeth Bravo Benson (Mrs. Peter A.) of Orchid, Florida; Sylvia Bravo Larsen (Mrs. Robert M.) of Concord, New Hampshire; and brothers Stephen Logan Bravo (Christie Dickenson) of Wolfeboro, New Hampshire; and Alexandre Hobart Bravo (Martha Herrick) of Indian River Shores, Florida; all of their children who were his loving nieces and nephews and his compassionate son Timothy Patrick Klatte of Cincinnati, Ohio. Jonathan began his education at Overfield Early Childhood Program, and graduated from the Miami Valley School in Dayton. He was also an accomplished actor as recognized by his invitation to and attendance at Williamstown Theater Festival in Williamstown, Massachusetts and the Royal Shakespearean Theater Company in Edinburgh, Scotland. He pursued a degree in civil engineering at the University of Cincinnati and Boston University, followed by multiple entrepreneurships from electronics to healthcare. His most recent venture was a critically acclaimed restaurant in Blue Hill, Maine where he vacationed during the fall months. Jonathan also treasured his summers in Troy, Ohio where he lived in his family home. Jonathan's friends and family will remember him as a warm and charismatic man who enjoyed social interaction whether in work, sport or camaraderie. He believed life should be lived to the fullest and was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying golf, tennis, skiing, sailing, bird hunting and amateur sports car racing. In pursuit of personal and business interests, Jonathan made use of his multilingual abilities through extensive national and international travels. He was a member of Orchid Island Golf and Beach Club, the Blue Hill Country Club, the Troy Country Club, and the Ferrari Club of America. Funeral Services were held May 17, 2009, at Trinity Episcopal Church 60 S. Dorest Rd, Troy, Ohio.
