Kenton Dale Payne

Vero Beach, FL

Kenton Dale Payne, of Palatine, Illinois and Vero Beach, FL, born on December 17, 1972 in Harvey, Illinois, to Linda Payne and Gary Payne, passed away at age 45 on April 11, 2018 in Orlando, Florida. He attended College of Charleston and DePaul University. Kenton was the loving husband of Donna Payne. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Mae Pierce; grandfathers, Dale Payne and John Pierce; and dog, Chessie Starr. Kenton is survived by his son, Fletcher Payne; daughter, Evelyn Payne; sister, Dawn Payne Wagner; nephew, Griffin Wagner and grandmother, Mary Gibson. Kenton's passions included chess and baseball. Family and friends loved Kent for his special wit and winning smile, and he will be dearly missed. All services will be private.
