You were the best landlord I ever had! I'm glad I had the pleasure of knowing you. From your love of pets to working outdoors in your dress shoes, you always had a smile, and your heart was as big as the earth. God has called you home and there you'll live on in good health. You'll be missed by many. Thank for everything you did and always smiling. RIP DEAR PHYLLIS XXXXOOOO

My condolences to the family, Ms. Phyllis was a beautiful person both inside and out, we will never forget her and her gigantic smile, it would light up a room. We are so happy to have known you Phyllis, you touched our lives soooo much, you were always so nice to our boys, and to all people. You were the first person I'd see outside watering the plants in the morning, so full of life and kindness. The world has lost such a beautiful human being. You will truly be missed but not forgotten, always in our hearts. RIP my dear sweet Phyllis.
