Scott Lampe Obituary

Scott Alan Lampe, 43, died May 8, 2006, at his home. He was born in the Bronx, N.Y., and lived in Jensen Beach since 1989, coming from Forked River, N.J. He served in the Army. He received the Driver's Badge, Army Achievement Medal, Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, NCO Professional Development Ribbon. He also served in the National Guard in New Jersey and the Army Reserve in Vero Beach. He was a dump-truck driver in the construction industry. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Jensen Beach. Survivors include his mother, Elaine Lampe of Jensen Beach; brothers, Robert John Lampe of Bayville, N.J., Dean Lee Lampe of Forked River, and Christopher Karl Lampe of San Antonio. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Lampe. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice Foundation, 1201 S.E. Indian St., Stuart, FL 34997. SERVICES: Visitation will be 1 to 2 p.m. May 11 at Forest Hills Funeral Home in Palm City. A graveside service will be 2 p.m. in Forest Hills Memorial Park. Arrangements are by Byrd, Young and Prill Port St. Lucie Funeral Home. A guest book may be signed at www.byrdyoungandprillfuneralhome.com.
