It's hard to believe that Tom has been gone this long. He was a great friend who I will never forget. I truly miss his phone calls from Florida. Our talks were always interesting. Tom would always start with "I have a question!" He was very brave in his handling of his very serious health problems. The last time I talked with Tom, his main concern was his wife's financial future and he asked me to help her if she needed advice. Alline is a very smart lady and as I knew would not require it. But it showed his compassion and love for her. That was typical of Tom. I wish I could talk to him again.

You were truly a good friend. I enjoyed your laughter and life lessens, especially at those 07:00am Saturday golf gatherings. I will miss you. Condolences.

The world lost a lost a truly wonderful man and we lost a great friend. Though not knowing Tom well, I agreed to his offer to car pool because trying to make ends meet was tough. My necessity resulted in me and my family's good fortune of having a fantastic friend for 40 years. Tom was kind and compassionate, a good listener, would argue, but was always fair. He loved the Phillies, Vince Lombardi, Jackie Gleason, Breyers Ice Cream and his friends. Mostly though he loved his brothers, his sons and their families, and Alline and his life with her. Tom had significant medical problems which he always fought. He was deeply religious and would not go gently into that good night. We are truly sorrow for Alline and the rest of Tom's family for his passing and we will miss him forever.
