William Charles Weipert (Bill) passed away on July 10, 2025, at Sacred Heart hospital in Spokane Wash. He was born on January 3, 1958, in Arizona and was the fifth of seven children.

During his younger years, he moved around with his family due to his father's job taking them to different states. Besides Washington State, he lived in California, Arizona, Mississippi and Michigan. He graduated high school from RA Long in Longview, Washington. He was part of the golf team and kept up his golfing skills for many years, playing with his brother Craig at different courses around Spokane.

In 1976, Bill followed his family to Spokane Washington and began pursuing an education in electrical engineering at Washington State University in Pullman, Washington, but had to discontinue due to mental health issues that he struggled with for the rest of his life.

Despite living with this illness, he became well versed at playing the organ and electric guitar. He loved listening to classic rock and had a nice collection of albums. He became good at painting scenery on canvas with oil and acrylic paint. Bill was able to do some traveling to such places as Portland, Reno, and Hawaii.

The family would like to thank the White House group home for their support to Bill during the past 30 years.

Bill is proceeded in death by his father, Roy Weipert; and mother, Patricia Weipert; along with his brother, Joseph Weipert.

He is survived by siblings Michelle Renwick, Kathy Butler (Mike), Kurt Weipert, Craig Weipert (Camille) and Cara Weipert (Chuck); along with many nieces, nephews and cousins.

He will be interred at Holy Cross cemetery in Spokane, Washington.
