The name Freedman was a very common name in our house when I was growing up. I remember the excitement of walkiing in to Olympic Sports with my father, Charlie Bunker, and the kindness and generosity of the Freedman family. What an amazing person and a great life.

Sid, Archie was number one in every way. A super athlete and a great friend. He beat me at racquetball and made me feel as if I'd won. Win or lose, he set a high example for all of us. Sidney Dorfman.

to all:
my thoughts are with you as you celebrate Archie's life. I first met Mr Freedman as David's father watching my brother Bob play hoops at Doherty. A few years later, Mr Freedman became my uncle Archie as I married into your wonderful family. Archie and Dorothy were always so nice to us as our kids loved to swim in their pool on most summer days. Many funny stories and memories from those days.
Enjoy the memories.
Rick
