Allan MacDonald Obituary

Allan F. MacDonald, 80, of Sterling and formerly of Westborough, died on Thursday, August 12, 2010 in the Sterling Village, Sterling. He was born and raised in Prince Edward Island, Canada, a son of Ronald and Renilda (MacDonald) MacDonald. He worked for General Motors in Framingham for over 30 years, retiring in 1995. He was a member of the Holy Family of Nazareth Church in Leominster.

Allan leaves two sisters, Rosina MacAulay of Leominster and Flora Bishop of Peabody; nieces and nephews including J. Stephen MacAulay of Sterling. A brother, Donald MacDonald and a sister, Catherine McCaffrey, predeceased him. The family would like to thank Sterling Village and Sunrise of Leominster for the excellent care provided.

Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorial donations may be made to St. Margaret's Parish, Bear River, Prince Edward Island. Funeral arrangements are under the care of Miles- Sterling Funeral Home, 100 Worcester Road, Sterling.
