Chad LeBouf Obituary

Chad F. LeBouf, 32, of Leominster, died Friday, January 13, 2012 from injuries sustained in a car accident.

He was born February 20, 1979, in Leominster, son of Brian F. and Susan M. (Vezina) LeBouf. Besides his parents, he leaves his wife, Amy Sue (Girouard) LeBouf; his children, Taylor Doyle-LeBouf, Aiden LeBouf, and Parker LeBouf; his brother, Ross LeBouf of Fitchburg; his sister, Shelley LeBouf of Leominster; his mother-in-law, Patricia Arel of Leominster; his father-in-law, Michael Girouard of Sterling; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

As a child, Chad enjoyed playing soccer and participating in track. His talents and enthusiasm lead all his sports teams to success. Before graduating from Leominster High School in 1997, Chad had created many friendships. His presence filled the hallways and classrooms. Chad was a trusting, loving person who believed in the goodness of people and helping others. His life's passion was helping others to rise above obstacles and stand on their own two feet. A career in nursing was no coincidence for Chad but a true calling. In 2009 Chad made his dreams of establishing a nurse staffing agency a reality. Since then he has poured his time, efforts, and energy into making Axiom Health Care Services a leader in the industry. An axiom is a universally accepted principle. Chad's principles were easy to understand; hard work and determination will lead to success. He also taught nursing education at Monty Tech. Chad has been a registered nurse since 2001 receiving both his Nursing undergraduate degree and Nursing Forensics graduate degree from Fitchburg State College. Never one to sit idle, Chad's recent endeavors lead to the development of Ax Landscaping where Chad planned to put his love of the outdoors to work.

Above all, Chad loved spending time with his family. His three children and wife were the light of his life and the sparkle in his eyes. Everything he did in life was for them. He was most at ease when completing an elaborate craft with his beautiful daughter Taylor, playing baseball in the yard with Aiden, or listening to Parker giggle for the first time. With Amy, it was the simple moments that were most enjoyed; whether it was quiet conversation or a shared joke, those moments were truly treasured.

The funeral will be held Thursday, January 19, from Brandon Funeral Home, 305 Wanoosnoc Rd., Fitchburg, with a Mass at 10:00 A.M. in Our Lady of the Lake Church, 1400 Main St., Leominster. Burial will be private.

Calling hours are Wednesday, January 18, from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. in the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Chad F. LeBouf Scholarship Fund, c/o John Perry, 161 Harvard St., Leominster, MA 01453.

DEAREST CHAD, FAMILY & FOREVER FRIENDS,

Even though he's gone his memory still remains in our hearts.
His smile and face will never fade. We think of him as we go on each day.
The good times we remember and the days spent together will be in our memories forever.
So when you start to get down and you really want to cry just think of the fun times
and don't wonder why. Just leave it at that and know he's better now.
He's in a better place. His heart was right with God.
So Chad we love you and we miss you so much but we know you're much happier. So watch over us and make sure we're okay and we will see you again someday.
**The angels looked down from heaven one night.....They searched for miles afar, And deep within the distance....They could see a shining star.
They knew that very instant...That the star was theirs to gain, So they took you up to heaven Forever to remain.**

Someone wise once said, "We give our loved ones back to God.And just as He first gave them to us and did not lose them in the giving, so we have not lost them in returning them to Him.For life is eternal. Love is immortal. Death is only a horizon--and a horizon is nothing but the limit of our earthly sight..." Chad would want you to know that When you gaze upon the stars, that he is watching from the heavens and will one day embrace you when you too return home.

Our heartfelt thoughts and prayers go out to you, Amy and your beautiful chidren. God will watch over your family.
When I am gone, release me let me go
I have so many things to see and do
You mustn't tie yourself to me with tears
Be happy that we had so many years
I gave you my love, you can only guess
How much you gave to me in happiness

I thank you for the love you have shown
But now it's time I traveled alone
So grieve a while for me if grieve you must
Then let your grief be comforted by trust
It's only for a while that we must part
So bless the memories within your heart
I won't be far away. For life goes on

So if you need me call and I will come
Though you can't see or touch me I'll be there
And if you listen with your heart you'll hear
All of my love around you soft and clear
And then when you must come this way alone
I'll greet you with a smile and welcome you home

Chad and I reconnected several years ago, when he emailed me from his IPP address, while I was working at IPP in Connecticut -- what a small world! I was thrilled he reached out, and I could feel his charisma and sense of humor through his email! I'm glad he made many of his dreams come true, and it's beautiful to read how many lives he touched through nursing and his family. May his friends and family find peace, love, and comfort during this time. I'm sure Chad will always be present -- like the butterfly who seems to follow you around, or the radiant rainbow that peeks through your window. Many blessings to Chad for making the world a more beautiful place.

To Chads entire family, I am so sorry for this terrible loss. My heart aches for you and I can only imagine how your world has stopped. My thoughts are with you during this very difficult time.

Dear Amy,

Your Sterling families are all praying for you and your children at this time. Although we never had the honor of meeting Chad, it sounds as though he made quite an impact on a great deal of people. May his spirit live on in you and your children.

May God Bless you all,

Ranae, Jeff, Ben, and Josh Mogensen

Chad was a pleasant and valuable member of the group of nurses teaching at Monty Tech in the nursing program. I enjoyed working with him a few times at CHL. My deepest sympathy to the families. Jean Leger.
