Dale Murphy Obituary

Dale E. "Murph" Murphy, 53, of 26 North Common St. died Friday, November 30, 2007. He was born in Athol the son of the late Frank A. Murphy & Myrtle E. (Cleveland) Murphy of Orange.

He leaves two daughters Jennifer of North Oxford & Daniele Holmes of Webster; a grandson Keller; two sisters Karen Gardner of Danbury, CT. and Lisa Murphy of Ludlow; a nephew Eric Murphy of CT., a great niece Erika Rogers of Danbury, CT., his stepmother Elizabeth Murphy of North Brookfield, three stepsisters Pam Stebbins of Kennett Square, PA., Marcia Doherty of Spencer and Beth O'Neill of Webster and stepbrother Robert Warren of North Attleboro, as well as many Aunts and Uncles.

Dale was to be married to a wonderful lady from Australia, Janet Roenfeldt. He was a graduate of North Brookfield High School and attended Worcester Boys Trade School.

Dale was a self employed Contractor working as a painter and carpenter. He was a lover of nature and its beauty. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and golfing.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 8, 2007 at 11 a.m. in Pillsbury Funeral Home, 44 Gilbert St., North Brookfield. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of ones choice.
