Daniel Borrero Obituary

Daniel Borrero, 58, of Worcester passed away Feb. 11. He leaves his two sons, Derek Borrero and Brian Borrero; his daughter, Jill and her husband, Jonathan Clark and a grandson, Andrew; his stepdaughter, Marnie and her husband, Brian Wallace and his beloved wife of 14 years, Blanca E. (Yanis) Borrero, who he dated for 4 years prior to being married.

He was born in the Bronx, New York the son of Santos and Rosa (Santos) Borrero. He graduated from the Seventh Day Adventist Academy in Lancaster. Danny worked as a corrections officer at the Correctional Center in Shirley for 7 years. He then was Co-owner of a Drywall Company. Danny enjoyed traveling to the Caribbean, snorkeling, parasailing, jet skiing, motorcycling and skiing. He was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church.

Visiting hours will be Friday, February 15 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 1 W Boylston St., W. Boylston. Danny's funeral will be held Saturday, February 16 at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow in Eastwood Cemetery, Lancaster.
