David Cellucci Obituary
Douglas - David M. Cellucci (50) of Douglas, passed away on June 20, 2013. He was predeceased by his parents, Thomas Cellucci of Westborough and Ann (Chaisson) Cellucci of Worcester. He will be dearly missed by his siblings, Daniel Cellucci, of Grafton, Gail Chaffee of Philipston, Kathy Trout, of Westborough, Paul Cellucci, of West Boylston, and Beth Calderwood, of Brewster. He leaves his wife of 25 years, Lisa (Gatto) Cellucci, and their seven children, Jillian, of Worcester, Luke, Micah, Isaiah, Titus, Julia, and Maximus.
David's life is a reflection of strength and selflessness. He possessed a ready helping hand to anyone in need. He owned and operated a residential construction and carpentry business for many years. He enjoyed having his sons work alongside him while teaching them his trade. He held his private pilot's license and was an accomplished martial artist, in the discipline of Tae Kwon Do. David was a tremendous husband, father, and friend to many. We are all so grateful to have known him.
David's calling hours will be held on Monday, July 1st from 4 to 7 p.m. in Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main Street in Millbury. His funeral service will immediately follow the calling hours at 7 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to an account created for The Cellucci Children at Millbury Savings Bank, 109 Elm Street, Millbury, MA 01527.

Dave was one of the friendliest guys I've known. He worked for me along with his brothers Paul and Dan on lighting installations. We played golf many times together and I will definitely miss him. He passed way too early. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family

Lisa and Cellucci Family,
I couldn't believe the news when I heard, and still can't. We got to know Dave very well when he built our house in Douglas and later on our addition. He was always so honest, hardworking and truly talented. I have fond memories of having in-depth conversations with him about anything – he was genuinely a very warm, nice person who we all enjoyed being around. In the past couple years, I would see Dave at Blackstone National Golf Course which he loved and know he got quite good at golf. Dave was good at everything it seemed but mostly a great Father and Husband. I hope you can get through this and find some peace just knowing how lucky we all were to have crossed paths with him. All our best.

I was floored by this , I delivered lumber to his job sites for years ,he was a great man and loved his family very much .we used to talkn.about our familys a lot .I had just talked to dave about two weeks ago I will miss him what a great guy he is with god now ,and he will be watching us I thank the lord for the friendship we had peace be with the cellucci family

I am so blown away by this. Dave was truly a wonderfull person. My name is Joe and I worked for Sylvania Lighting and had the pleasure of working with Dave. We were so shocked and saddened to hear of Dave's sudden passing. Not only is the Cellucci family our neighbors, but Dave also built our beautiful home. He was the very first impression we had of the amazing and close-knit community of Douglas. I guess that explains why we moved here and love this town. He was a thoughtful, generous, and all around nice guy. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Lisa, his children, and his friends and family.
