Douglas Miles age 52

Merrimac, MA - Douglas Miles age 52 of Merrimac, MA, passed away in Boston, MA on May 6th, 2015. Douglas was born in Wichita Falls, TX to Mary Jo Mahoney and Michael Miles. Doug grew up in Northborough, MA attended Algonquin Regional High School and graduated from WPI in Worcester, MA with a BS in Mechanical Engineering.

Douglas married Patricia Englin in 1991 and together they had 2 children, Kevin Miles and Emily Miles. Kevin works part time and attends college in Haverhill, MA. Emily is a freshman in college in Fairfax Virginia.

Douglas is survived by his immediate family, loving mother and father as well as his sister Laura Devlin. Douglas also was a fun nephew, cousin, proud uncle and a good friend to so many. Douglas was preceded in death by beloved brother David Miles.

Celebration of Life and Mesothelioma Fund raiser will be held at 60 Birch Island Road in Webster, MA. All who knew and loved Doug are welcome attend on Saturday, July 18th, 2015. Details will be updated on "caringbridge.org". In lieu of flowers; donations can be made to The International Mesothelioma Program at IMP.org
