To Mrs. Chase, Cherie, Mark, Scott, Laurie and Jeffrey - my Dad (Dick Lucius) and I wish to express our condolences on the passing of Mr. Chase. I have many fond memories of growing up on Birchland Avenue with all of you, playing Barbies, reading Nancy Drew stories, building forts in the woods, playing Easy Money and riding our bikes for hours. I have often wondered about all of you and hope your lives have been healthy and happy.
