Dear Hughes family,

I had a great time being Jerry's Recreational Therapist. I always enjoyed our conversations..eventhough some were cut short because of time. I truly believe Jerry was one of the greatest people I knew. He always knew how to make me laugh. May your memories comfort you during this difficult time. Jerry will be missed greatly.

Sincerely,
