Helen Lazure Obituary
She leaves her husband of 42 years, Andre J. Lazure; two daughters, Kristin Lazure and her husband, David Horn of Manhattan, NY and Stacie Lazure of Spencer; a brother, William Bellos and his wife Nancy of Waterford, CT; a sister, Alice Poulios and her husband Constantinos of Waterford, CT; and several nieces and nephews. She was born in Southbridge, the daughter of Thomas and Demetrula (Fotellis) Bellos.
Helen was the Office Manager for law office of Attorney Michael V. Caplette in Southbridge for 27 years until her illness. She was a member of the St. George Greek Orthodox Church in Southbridge. She enjoyed spending her time with her family and friends.
Her funeral will be held on Wednesday, June 8th, from the Daniel T. Morrill Funeral Home, 130 Hamilton St. Southbridge, with a service at 11:00 a.m. in St. George Greek Orthodox Church, North St., Southbridge. Burial will be in Oak Ridge Cemetery, Southbridge. Calling hours in the funeral home will be held on Tuesday, June 7th, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.
Helen was a wonderful mother and would want donations in lieu of flowers donated to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01710, in honor of her daughter Kristin, a cancer survivor.

ANDY OUR GREATES SYMPATHY REGARDING THE RECENT PASSING OF HELEN WE WERE SHOCKED AND WE FOUND OUT WHILE WE WERE AT DISNEY WORLD ALL LAST WEEK. I AM SURE SHE WILL BE WATCHING OVER YOU ALL IN HEAVEN.

Andy, Kristen and Stacie....I am so sorry for your loss. I always enjoyed working with Helen on PTA and just seeing her in the neighborhood. Helen was a great lady with a wicked fun sense of humor. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Know she has always been appreciated for her sincere efforts to bring St. George youth together and welcome all the Goya troops and others into her home. She afforded us several childhood memories and she will remain in ours. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dear Andy, Kristen and Stacie we just found out about the passing of your wife, mother, Helen.We are so very sorry. We all loved Helen. I always remember being at your Wedding and it was one of the very first Weddings that I attended. I thought Helen was such a beautiful bride. I remember loving the music also.
