I was so saddened to hear of the passing of one of my two dearest friends of over 60 years. I remember fondly all the good times we 've shared. Marie I feel your loss, Ray passed away in late November and I miss him so. I think of you everytime I look at our wedding pictures. Henry was a wonderful man. To the family of Prunier

Prunier passed away while we, a Vietnamese filmmaking team, were in the final touch of a documentary entitled "From Henry Prunier's Memories" highlighting his contact as a Deer Team member in the OSS with top Vietnamese leaders in 1945.
Besides Long, film director, who made interview videos of Prunier during his recent trip to America, we had not had the chance to meet Prunier before. We were moved by his sincere words and his genuine love for the Vietnamese people.
Few Vietnamese have heard of his name, but many more will come to cherish his memories and honor his contribution to the American Vietnamese relationship.
Please accept our condolences. Prunier is always in our heart.

I will always remember Henry as a dignified, graceful man dedicated to the well-being of his wife, Marie. I had the honor of being part of organizing the long-delayed awarding of the Bronze Star several years ago. And enjoyed the many hard fought cribbage games we played! RIP Henry you made a positive difference in the world while here and I will always remember you.
